Pilates

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building strength from the inside out. Pilates is a low-impact training method centred around core strength, controlled movement, mobility, posture, and breath. Every movement is intentional, designed to improve how your body moves and feels, not just how hard you work. Our Mat Pilates classes are suitable for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates, using it to support your CrossFit training, returning from injury, or simply looking to move better, these sessions provide a calm, focused environment to strengthen your body and reset your nervous system.

Hybrid training

Hybrid training is where strength meets endurance. It combines running or engine-based conditioning with functional movements like sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, carries, rowing, and skiing.
