Kristie has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

Aneka is the mum of 3 beautiful daughters and has been in the fitness industry for 17 years.

Coach
Bec fell in love with CrossFit 7 years ago so much she decided she had to be a coach and she loves every second of it.
Jamie
Coach
Originally from Jervis Bay, NSW, Jamie brings with him over 5 years experience as military PT and 5 years of CrossFit experience.
Tosie
Coach
Tosie started training in CrossFit 12 years ago at a local box in Mornington.
Adam
Coach
Adam was introduced to the benefits of health and fitness in his early teenage years through his local football club.
