She has coached and trained in various methodologies, including bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, and functional fitness, ultimately finding her true passion in CrossFit. After managing and coaching at a local CrossFit, it was a natural progression for her to open her own CrossFit box. With a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science and currently studying Yoga, Kristie is excited to share her extensive knowledge and passion for health, fitness, and well-being with the members and the greater community.
Kristie believes in the strength of community and the power of a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
