We’re thrilled to announce that our CrossFit Kids program is launching soon! Designed to make fitness fun and engaging for children, this program will help your little ones build strength, develop coordination, and foster a lifelong love of movement—all in a safe and supportive environment.
Our CrossFit Kids classes will focus on age-appropriate workouts that combine play and fitness, teaching kids the importance of staying active while having a blast. Whether they’re learning basic movements or building confidence, every session is designed to keep them excited and energized.

Whether you’re new to fitness or already active but haven’t tried CrossFit before, our On-Ramp Course is the perfect place to start.
For $49, you’ll join three foundational sessions covering:
•Foundations & Gymnastics
•Olympic Lifting
•Weightlifting and Powerlifting
These sessions will teach you how our classes run, introduce you to our coaches, help identify your unique goals,
and give us a chance to tailor modifications and substitutions to suit you.
You’ll walk away with the skills, confidence, and support to join any of our group classes safely and successfully.
